Delivery Policy

Delivery Areas:

We currently deliver to addresses within South Africa. For specific regions or outlying locations, please contact our customer support. 

Delivery Timeframes: 

Standard delivery times for Gauteng vary between 24-72 hours. Areas outside of Gauteng may take up to 96 hours, depending on your location and a number of other factors. Please note that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays, and we appreciate your understanding in such cases. As we are outsourcing courier services, we are not always in control of consignment allocation. 

Shipping Costs: 

Shipping costs vary based on location and order size. The total shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before confirming your purchase. 

Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed, given that the order was not placed on or just before a weekend/holiday. Once processed, the delivery timeframe will apply.  

Tracking Orders: 

Customers will receive a tracking number upon order dispatch. You can track your order in real-time using the provided information. 

Delivery Partners:

We work with reputable courier services to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders. Various companies that have been tried and tested have been removed from our database due to unsatisfactory service. 

Delivery Confirmation:

Upon successful delivery, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have concerns about the delivery, please contact us immediately via the support email. 

Undeliverable Addresses:

Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses. 

Failed Delivery Attempts: 

If delivery is unsuccessful on the first attempt, our courier will make additional attempts. Please provide a contact number to facilitate communication during the delivery process. 

Returns Due to Non-Delivery:

In the event of non-delivery, please contact our customer support team. Refunds or reshipments will be considered on a case-by-case basis. 

Public Holidays and Weekends:

Please note that deliveries may be affected by public holidays and weekends. Additional time may be required during such periods.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@evolve-nutrition.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not South Africa, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
